Our objective

The aim of this website is to explain the legal and out-of-court proceedings undertaken by our lawyers. Our services are available to persons affected by faulty hip replacements of both Johnson & Johnson and other brands.
We are the first law firm to initiate legal proceedings through the Spanish legal system and with the capacity to operate throughout Spain. In addition to receiving financial compensation for the premature extraction of their hip replacements and the damage suffered, our clients will take part in an on-going study performed by different medical and scientific bodies. This study will monitor the extent of exposure to Cobalt and Chromium in the bloodstream and any short, medium or long-term harmful effects.
